Previous Experience and Competencies:
Degree in Law, Finance, Contracts Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline. Minimum 3 years work experience ideally in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 1 year experience in Contracts, Marketing or Legal Departments and Law Firm capacity.

D. Country Logistic Mgr, based in Jakarta

Country Logistic Manager is responsible for the execution and management of logistics operations for improving the service level to field operations. He/she is in charge of all matters related to Import and export compliance and timely movement of goods at an optimum cost.
Previous Experience and Competencies:
BA/BS/MBA Degree in Supply Chain Management, or Equivalent and/or 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management.

E. Facility Project Mgr, based in Jakarta
In line with the Area Business Strategy and in Conjunction with Senior Line Management, the Facilities Project Manager plans, directs, coordinates, and budgets all activities concerned with the: acquisition, leasing or renting, maintenance and management of the specifics structures and/or facilities under a Special Project aiming significant improvement in Facilities efficiency, consolidation/optimization of facilities footprint and/or Cost Reduction. Develops and tracks specific facilities management KPIs for the Project, ensuring Line Management visibility of them. GAS SALES ADMINISTRATOR
The Role
This person role would be to support the Seller s Representative in the routine activities and at times non routine activities in managing the implementation of the GSA managed by company s Oil as the Seller s Representative.
In order to perform the above task, ideally the person for this role has basic knowledge of Gas Business, the working of GSA s and its related agreement in general and Indonesian gas business environment in particular. In addition, the person in this role from time to time would be requested to support in managing internal (operations, finance) and external interface (partners, BPMIGAS, etc.) as part of managing the implementation of the GSA s and its related agreements.
 
Responsibilities
Ensuring periodical (daily, monthly, quarterly and annual) report and statement required under the GSA and its related agreements, managed by company s as the Seller s Representative, are generated in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure that all periodical (monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports required for the purpose of governmental agency (such as Customs, MIGAS, and Ministry of Trade) are generated in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide active monitoring on allocation and attribution between Supply Groups.
Ensure that all relevant data associated with all the GSAs and other related agreements are up to date.
Provide support other required support as needed to the implementation of the GSAs and its related agreement managed by company s as the Seller s Representative; such support would also include interface with internal and external stakeholders, analytical assessment if required.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree qualifications in Engineering, Marketing, Economics or Commercial Business.
 
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes
5 years experience within the Oil and Gas Industry, 3 years or more experience in the commercial activities.
Similar experience in managing required reports or documents under the GSA is desirable.
Fluent in English skills, written, and spoken.
Strong Computer Skills particularly Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
 
Knowledge
Knowledge of gas commercial arrangements from upstream to downstream in general and gas business environment in Indonesia in particular.
 
Attributes
