ADARO ENERGY Tbk, is a well established and modern mining contractor company providing services for the rapidly growing mining and related industries in Kalimantan, with more than 5100 personnel s with various expertise. PT. Saptaindra Sejati keeps improving to be one of the best coal mining contractor in Indonesia.

Now are seeking highly motivate and ambitious individuals to join our team, and grow with us as :

1. HSE MANAGER (Code : HSEM)

Qualification :

• Male, age maximum 40 years old
• Minimum 5 - 8 years experience as Health Safety Environment (HSE) in mining
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / public health / environment engineering
• Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is preferred
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
• Has the ability to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
• Willing to be place in our site project (Tanjung, South Kalimantan)

2. HSE (Area Plant) SECTION HEAD (Code : HSESH)

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Public Health, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
• Min. 4 – 5 Year experience in same position, from mining company are preferably
• Experience in safety management supervision, safety management implementation, safety monitoring data,safety program facilitator, safety promotion & loss control, safety program coaching and safety audit & reporting etc
• Experience in HESE management supervision in Plant Area is a must
• Good knowledge in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Applicants with K3 or SMK3 certification are preferably
• Must have good leadership skills
• Computer literate and Microsoft office expert
• Willing to be place in our site project (South Kalimantan)

3. HSE GROUP LEADER (Code : HSEGL)

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Public Health, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
• Min. 2-3 Year experience in same position, from mining company are preferably
• Experience in safety management supervision, safety management implementation, safety monitoring data,safety program facilitator, safety promotion & loss control, safety program coaching and safety audit & reporting etc
• Good knowledge in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Applicants with K3 or SMK3 certification are preferably
• Must have good leadership skills
• Computer literate and Microsoft office expert
• Willing to be place in our site project (South Kalimantan)

4. CIVIL MANAGER (Code : CVM)


Qualification :

• Male
• Age maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Civil, preferably from reputable university (Bandung Institute of technology)
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in design and road construction (preferably from mining or road construction company)
• Have certificate related to road construction (License from LPJK, ATAKI,PII)
• Base in Jakarta, willing to travel at our site project (Kalimantan)

5. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Code : PSPV)

Qualification :

• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License
• Having skill in Minescape or SURPAC for ENGINEERING
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ

6. PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER (Code : PGL)

Qualification :

• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 2-3 years experience as a GL in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License
• Having skill in Minescape or SURPAC for ENGINEERING
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ

7. MINING PLANNING (Code : MPL)

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree of Mining
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience as Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate

8. DRILL & BLAST GROUP LEADER (Code : DBGL)

Qualification :

• Min Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate,
• Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting,
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal
• Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
• Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling


9. MECHANIC (Code : MEC)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 35 years old
• 6 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Base in Kalimantan
• Able to work in a team
• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100

10. INSTRUCTUR (Mechanical Instructor & Heavy Equipment) (Code : INS)

Qualification :

• Male Max. 35 years old
• 5 years experiences in heavy equipment instructor or chief mechanic especially in mining companies
• Having TOT Certificate
• Base in Kalimantan
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)
