We are an oil & gas company in Indonesia, are seeking for highly qualified experienced candidates to fulfill the following positions :
1. SCM Manager (SCM)
Skills Required :
- Age between 40 - 50 years old
- Min. University Degree from reputable university from any major
- Having above 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Company and in the same position
- Must have certification of PTK 007 from BPMIGAS
- Have a good track record and able to do tendering/bidding process referring to PTK-BPMIGAS procedure
- Must have knowledge regarding formalities and inward & outward clearance
- Familiar with logistic operations & inventory management
- Have good relationship with BP Migas and Pertamina EP especially in SCM
2. Finance & Accounting Staff (FAS)
Skills Required :
- Age between 25 - 35 years old
- Min. University Degree
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience especially in PSC Accounting
- Familiar with system accounting or other software application
- Self motivated and willing to work on overtime less supervision
- Familiar with inventory and assets management according PSC term
3. Budgeting & Reporting Supervisor (BRS)
Skills Required :
- Age between 30 – 40 years old
- Min. University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 -10 years experience especially in PSC and taxation Accounting
- Familiar with Budgeting and Reporting statutory report either internal and external following BP Migas/Pertamina EP and other government regulations
- Expert in processing company financial transactions, ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures and preparing accurate & timely financial reports and statements
- Good understanding on PSC taxation aspect relating Production, Lifting and Entitlement
- Have good relationship with BP Migas/Pertamina EP,external auditors BPKP/SPI and other goverment audit.
4. Executive Secretary (EXE SEC)
Skills Required :
- Female, max 30 years old
- Min Diploma Degree or equivalent from the school of secretarial/administration or a Bachelor degree in management preferred
- Min 5 - 8 years of work experience in the administration or secretarial work at the executive level & expatriate
- Well groomed personality
- Computer & internet literate
- Have an excellent communication skills and ability to write a report in English and Indonesian
- Attention to details and ability to follow through to ensure that tasks get completed
- Have a willingness to work extended hours when needed
- Ability to work with others and as a team
5. Secretary (SEC)
Skills Required :
- Female, age between 25 – 28 years old
- Min Diploma Degree from Reputable Secretarial Academy
- Min 2 – 5 years related experience in similar position
- Well groomed personality
- Computer & internet literate
- Good communication (in English both oral & written) and interpersonal skill
- Good knowledge and experience as secretarial and office administration
- Good initiative & team work and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline
6. Senior Legal Officer (SLO)
Skills Required :
- Male or Female- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- Min 3 years experience in corporate legal activities
- Experience in oil & gas / public company would be advantage
- Having good relationship with law firm, notary, government institution
- Fluent in English both of written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skills and negotiation
7. Junior Legal Officer (JLO)
Skills Required :
- Male or Female
- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- Min 1 year experience in corporate legal activities
- Fluent in English both of written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skills
